Return rules
1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, except for any products labeled on the site as non-returnable. *If an item is returned beyond the 30-day period, we may need to ship it back to your default delivery address and request that you pay for the shipping costs.
2. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached.
3. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable rules
Panties, lingerie, shapewear, and pasties are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.

For customers outside the U.S., return labels are currently unavailable. You will need to return the item at your own expense.
Refund
1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund ASAP. Refunds for credit card payments take 5-7 business days and refunds for Paypal payments take 3 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and payment method.
2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.

You can contact us for returns or exchanges within 30 days after you sign for it. Returns or exchanges will not be made after 30 days.
3. How to make a return?
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it and need to return it, please contact us and explain the reason for your return, order number, and the model number and size of the returned product. Once our customer service representatives have received the above information you can return the package.
4. What are the requirements for return packaging?
*The product has not been damaged, processed, modified or washed.
*If the product is not tried on and causes stains and odors, it will not affect secondary sales.
*The product's washing water mark is intact and not missing or damaged.
*The product is not a swimsuit or close-fitting product.
*If it is a set product, please return the entire set.

If Items Damaged or Defective, How to Deal?
When your order arrives, please check the package for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for shipping cartons to show some wear and tear. However, if there is any damage to the items in your delivery, please retain the box, packaging and items and contact the sales support within 30 days to inform us of the problem.
Please attach a photo or video of the damage/defective item to the email.
After confirming that the product has quality defects, we will arrange the refund to your original payment method without returning damaged or defective items.
Generally, it will take 1-5 business days for confirmation and refund.
